Operation Round Up provides the opportunity and mechanism for Rayle EMC consumers to contribute to worthwhile community projects. Consumers will be able to use their pocket change, and collectively, make a difference in our communities by supporting needy and worthwhile causes.

Community Foundation Northwest Georgia
Our mission is to promote and facilitate charitable giving. We magnify giving and make it easier for our donors to do good. We work with area charities so they can make a positive impact. We proudly support Northwest Georgia and that means healthier, happier, more successful communities.
Ocmulgee EMC Foundation
Each month the electric bill of participating members is rounded up to the next highest dollar amount, and that extra change, anything from a penny to 99 cents, goes into the Operation Round Up fund administered by the Ocmulgee EMC Foundation Board. The funds are used to help qualifying charitable/community organizations with specific needs that they have and to help people in need of assistance. All donations are tax-deductible and members will receive a summary of contributions at year’s end.
With over 65 years of service and commitment, the Mimms family of companies has proven itself to be a leader in the commercial real-estate market. While most of our properties are located in the Metro Atlanta area, the company has expanded to other states in the Southeast, with 10 shopping centers in South Carolina, three in North Carolina, four in Florida, and one in Tennessee.
AeroCares
Lockheed Martin’s AERO Club, an employee-run charity, raises funds through an annual employee charity campaign and a board of employees work with local agencies to determine the best opportunities to allocate the donations.
Walton EMC Trust
Operation Round Up® is Walton EMC’s community assistance program. The program is a simple and rewarding way for our customer-owners to raise money for local charities, needy individuals, and service organizations. Any administrative costs are absorbed by Walton EMC, so 100 percent of your donation is used to make life better. And the Trust’s bylaws specifically prohibit paying electric bills with the money you donate. It’s also tax-deductible.
Hart EMC Foundation
One way Hart Electric Membership Corporation serves the community is through the Hart EMC Foundation. The foundation’s mission is to assist with food, health, safety, shelter, education, economic development, and cultural enrichment in the service area of Hart Electric Membership Corporation. The Operation Round Up donations is used specifically for 501 (c) (3) status organizations serving within our 6 county service area.
Central Georgia EMC
The Central Georgia EMC Foundation was created to disperse the money collected by Operation Round Up®. The primary purpose of Operation Round Up is to address charitable needs and provide financial assistance anywhere in the 14 counties served by Central Georgia EMC. Your contributions will go toward improving the lives of others, and the funds will not be used for political purposes or electric bills.
The following counties will be served by the program: Bibb, Butts, Clayton, Fayette, Henry, Jasper, Jones, Lamar, Monroe, Morgan, Newton, Pike, Putnam, and Spalding
